Caterer recommendations?

We've just begun our wedding planning and have both decided that the most important aspect of the reception will be the food. Being from LA and NYC, we wanted a taco/food truck but that doesn't look like it's possible in Boston. Now we're just hoping for someone who can combine local ingredients with a twist of Korean (our background) and Latin (first date was tacos, first vacation was Miami). I'd love any suggestions!
