Has anyone ever done it? I imagine there aren't 'normal' restaurants that do it; in fact, I bet even the once in a blue moon that it comes up around here, it's for some art show or a fundraiser or something.

All the same, I'm curious - has anyone ever done it here in L.A.? Where; what was the resto's reaction to it? What about the patrons?
