Any place good on the Newburgh waterfront?
Just wondering if anyone has been there and if it is worth it to make the trip....I don't live too far away. I just don't want to go and be disappointed with overpriced mediocre food. I'd rather eat somewhere else first and just go for drinks if that's the case! Thanks for any suggestions!

River Grill is good, though and the staff can handle the crowds http://www.therivergrill.com

My friend and I enjoyed lunch at Havana 59. We both got sandwiches (I got the Cuban and she got some other type of pork sandwich), the sweet potato fries were awesome, and service was friendly. The lunch prices were reasonable. I'd try it again for dinner. That's my only experience with dining on the waterfront though.
