    1. Sadly, I don't go here anymore. The food is good, but they rush you, and there is that "if you'e not Tom Cruise, you're going to get half of my attention" factor. I would go rather go to Locando Portofino on Montana Avenue. They really know how to cook.

        1. There have been some good rec's on this board for the giant prawns if they have them or any of the seafood dishes by and large.

            1. Specials are usually the best.
1st courses - pumpkin ravioli, truffle risotto, crab cakes are all excellent.
mains - any of the pasta specials, swordfish, dover sole, mushroom risotto, lobster pasta (but beware of a near triple digit price tag on the lobster).
desserts - not usually worth it.

                1. The mixed seafood pasta. I also love the fried ravioli starter.

                    1. Two dishes I can recommend as the best I have had anywhere: The appetizer of fried shitakes with truffled pecorino is an incredible blend of tastes and textures--the mushrooms are somehow both soft and crisp, the perfect accompaniment to the rich cheese. And the spigola (branzino or mediterranean sea bass) is light and rich and perfectly prepared, served with fried potatoes and spinach, each dish wondwerfully setting off the others; as much as I want to try other things on the menu, these dishes are so great that I end up ordering them every time.
