Good Beer Places In St. Louis?

Can anyone recommend a bar/grill, restaurant or tavern in St. Louis with a good beer list and food? I know of the Taproom from my old days in STL, but I can't think of any others. Interested in trying some local/midwest selections that we can't get out on the West Coast.

Cicero's on Delmar in the loop pretty much always has some interesting drafts as well as an extensive bottle selection. I would highly recommend it. I think online you will see it listed as Ciceros Italian Restaurant which is kind of laughable. Make no mistake...this is a bar that serves food.

Great beer, however, the food was very mediocre.
