Now if he could coax Gaza Strippers to play the opening bash we'd all be set.

Great scoop. Has anyone else heard this news? If it's true, does anyone have any idea whether he's planning on opening soon or just holding the property until the area turns around? (I live two blocks away, and a new Rio Rita in the hood would make so very happy.)
