Smoke free patio dining for foodies?

Organizing people with varied ideas of what great food is one thing, we now have the added challenge of finding one that has a smoke-free patio. Mid to downtown is good, great food any type, average to a bit above average pricing is fine. Appreciate your recommendations.

The side patio at Coquine is smoke free. There is a small patio on Yonge St. for smokers, but the side patio on Manor Road is covered, so no smoking.

The general rule as per the law is if the patio is under a covering or awning it has to be smoke-free.
