Madrid - restaurant recommendations?

Hi,

My mother is coming to visit me in Madrid and we intend to have supper one evening. I have recently been to Kabuki Wellington and DiverXo and enjoyed both very much (especially Kabuki!). I was wondering if you would have any recommendations for restaurants in that same price and quality bracket, which represent Spain (quite happily fused with anywhere else if need be) which serve not too traditional food and would make a good, foodie, evening.

Chocolate, I pay a lot of attention to the atmosphere too and in the summer terraces are my preference. Have you heard of?:
