Compressor ice cream machine - Calgary

Hi there,

I will be passing through Calgary and would like to track down an ice cream machine with a compressor, ideally, Cuisinart ICE-50BC Supreme Ice Cream Maker.

I am not familiar with Calgary and would love some suggestions of stores to check out.

We have that model and bought ours from Williams-Sonoma at Chinook Mall. You are going to love it! We've had ours for a few years now, so better call ahead to see if they still carry it:

By compressor, do you mean it has a motor in it that freezes the ice cream without having to freeze the bowl? If so, I know that Williams-Sonoma in Chinook sells a Delonghi gelato maker that also does ice cream and its excellent for making and freezing ice cream as well.

There's a Bed, Bath and Beyond in Cross Iron Mills and Brentwood Malls. There may be others in Calgary. There's a Williams Sonoma in Chinook.

I'd start by calling them.
