Brunch @ Frank @ AGO: Disaster
Omelette of the day (Roma Tomatoes and Basil)was flavorless and overcooked. The pancakes were actually disgusting, smelling strongly of somewhat-stale egg and very stuffy. The scones and the bread were also stale and very dry. The bacon reminded me of McDonalds. what happened there? I thought they were supposed to be a top brunch spot. so disappointing, and at almost $100 for two people (including two 'specialty' coffees) , horrendously overpriced. almost ruined my saturday morning. yuck

re: skylineR33
Frank really is overpriced for brunch! While the food and service was very good... my 5 year old wanted the grilled cheese sandwich but at 16$ i was a little put off. Luckily they offered to go to the cafeteria and get a regular grilled cheese for 4$. three people (2 adults, 1 child) dined for 80$ plus tax and tip! Certainly not a regular weekend brunch spot.
