Place to eat near TD Garden???

Looking for a good place, within walking distance, to eat ethnic food - maybe middle eastern, mexican- before the carole king/james taylor concert sunday night. Anything fresh and tasty will work. Recommendations??

Nebo is great! Not really ethnic but always top notch.

The concert was excellent, by the way.

We ate at Trattoria di Monica before the concert and had some satisfying meals. Excellent black pasta with seared scallops, mushroom ravioli and a squash ravioli special. We had the arugala salad and the grilled green and white asparagus.

For Middle Eastern, Phoenicia on Cambridge Street is a relatively short walk and very good.

Ma Soba sushi's pretty good.
How about Villa Mexico (in the Gampy's gas station on Cambridge st. across from MGH)? Very popular here on CH.

Thanks for the recommendation, but it looks like they're only open until 4. We'll have to try it another time. Any other thoughts?
