I'm cooking hamburgers tonight with grass fed ground beef sirloin.Any suggestions for cooking or is it the same process as what I usually use (ground chuck)?
treat it the same way you would a good steak - good choice on grass fed beef and avoiding the usda soylent green ground beef.
Grass fed beef is generally leaner than its corn-fed counterpart, so keep that in mind when you fire up your grill.
Grass-fed tends to cook a lot quicker than corn-fed so make sure you keep your eye on the burgers--otherwise bon appetit!
