Kopi Luwak / Civet Coffee in Toronto?
I know there have been a few threads on this already, but does anyone know where I can buy civet coffee in Toronto? (The beans/grounds, not just a cup.) I see that Pusateri's sells it, but in rather large amounts. I'd like to keep it to about 50g (~$20 to $40) if possible.
I found an online source, but the shipping is a bit crazy. Any brick and mortar retailers? It sounds like Coffeeholic Handdrip Roastery up in Bathurst & Eg sells it by the cup, but do they also sell the beans?
Thanks in advance!

As I understand it.....Kopi Luwak is the true wild version. Where the Wild Palm Civiet's feces is gathered and the half digested beans are removed, dried, and cleaned. Calling the beans "Civet Coffee" is a cheaper version. The Palm Civet is caged and fed the berries and the feces are collected to extract the beans. Now the obvious question.....Can anyone tell the difference?

The Greenbeanery sells the beans green (unroasted), I'm sure if you ask they can custom roast it for you.

re: funfoodie
That link is for 0.5lbs for $83, if you buy 2lbs it's only $167 (twice the price but 4x the weight of coffee)
This link shows the prices for larger amounts:
http://www.greenbeanery.ca/bean/catal...The price per lb when buying 2lbs is just a bit more than when buying 5 lbs.
