Chorizo, Asheville
What happened to Chorizo? Had eaten there twice and thought the food was good. We ate dinner there on Sunday with guests. We were so embarrassed - the food was awful. Does anyone know if they have a new chef? What a disappointment.

bummer...i hate to hear that. I haven't been to Chorizo lately, but the last time I was there I recall it being just sort of ho hum. Like all of Hector's places, eating at Chorizo is like mining for gold....sometimes hit get the mother-load and sometimes you come up w/ nada.
