burrata in the upper valley

  • 1

Hi all, i'm looking to buy fresh, preferably local burrata. Is the woodstock mozz. place still in business? And do they make burrata? I've looked at the Hanover & Lebanon co-ops, but I haven't seen it.

  1. If you're thinking of the Buffala di Vermont farm, sadly, it is closed :(. They have moved up to Canada, it was too expensive for them to run their operation in the U.S. I have found Burrata at Whole Foods, but I don't think they have locations in VT (I usually go when in MA).
