Does anyone know a retail outlet where I can get mini slider buns?

    Costco, right from their bakery.

I've used square dinner rolls which you can find in pretty much any supermarket bakery. Last time I got them at Foodmaster but I know I see them everywhere.

The Hilltop on Rt.1 had them last time I went.

Pepperidge Farm makes slider buns, both white and whole wheat...I've seen them in Stop & Shop, and in the Pepperidge Farm outlet stores.

It's hard to do better than Martin's potato rolls -- the dinner roll variety -- which are available at many (most?) supermarkets. For regular hamburger and hot dog rolls, as well, I prefer Martin's over any other store bought or fancy bakery variety.

Whole Foods sells Iggy's brioche slider buns.

and note that the retail store at Iggy's on Fawcett St. does not sell them - strange but true.

Yeah, I think they're just making them for Whole Foods to pair with their different slider flavors...
