Haven't had enough lobster around town to say that it's the best, but The Palm restaurant in the Caesars Forum shopping mall does lobster very well. The menu identifies it as Nova Scotia in origin. And, it turns out they're running a summer special:

The lobster special at The Palm is awesome. It's usually for two and is an excellent deal. We order it every time it is available. Very fresh and I am picky as we are from SF (by way of Boston) .
