Has anyone been to Hot Pot Buffet in chinatown?

How does the food and broth compare to Kaze and Shabu Zen?
thanks in advance.

Yes, I've been several times. I love it! You get all kinds of choices for your hot pot and the service is friendly.

A group of co-workers and I (6 in total) had lunch their in May. The restaurant is comprised of two floors. The first floor seats smaller groups (1 to 4 people) and individuals can sit at the long bar with single small pot. The second floor seats larger groups (big open space). The cost was $14.95 per person. With soda and gratuity, it came to $21.00 per person. The food was fresh and tasty. We had two hot pots. One was the herbal and the other one had the hot chili peppers (very hot/spicy…you will definitely be sweating). We had lots of food (Veggies, meats (beef/lamb), seafood (clams), dumplings, and beef/fish balls. We thought it was a great deal for the amount of food we consumed. We will definitely be going back again.

I have not been, but there was a positive review from Mat Schaffer in the Boston Herald on Friday, 6/11.
