Narragansett, RI-Recs Needed

Heading to Narragansett for the week of July 4th. Would love any recommendations for great seafood restaurants, markets and any other foodie places. Thank you.

Check out the Coastal Grower's Farmer's Market at Casey Farm on Rte 1A - Saturday mornings until noon. It's not the largest farmer's market I've ever been to, but they have a solid selection of organic veggies, herbs, delicious baked goods, cheeses, etc - plus native meats and local seafood fresh off the boat! They always have some live entertainment, and the kids can visit the animals.

There is also an Iggy's in Narragansett, where the O.P. will be staying and asking about until we got off topic and started to discuss Gardner's in Warwick.

holy bivalves, how did i not know @ this place??? this is why i heart chowhound. Fjm, have you ever been to the warwick location and, if so, does it measure up to wickford? warwick is a bit closer for me, though i always love a field trip into adorable wickford where i inevitably spend WAY too much $

Crazy Burger on Boon Street is a fun casual restaurant. BYOBBAM (bring your own bottle by all means)

Turtle Soup at the Ocean Rose Inn. Great food and bar, lovely ocean view.

              Trio, downtown.

Matunuck Oyster Bar has great food and oysters with outdoor dining on water.

Red Stripe has great mussels and fries dish (in strip mall)

Trio is very good as well (has everything - pasta, seafood, steaks, etc)

I second Matunuck Oyster Bar. The whole menu is excellent, but especially the oysters.
