Hello,

I am looking for a delicious jam : the chestnut spread Clement Faugier.

Where can I find it in Austin?

Do you know other brand I can find in Aistin?

Thanks

MMM. Have you tried Central Market on N. Lamar? I just discovered this stuff in France last summer and brought home several tubes; love it! But I remember a few months ago noticing that Central Market had some version of chestnut spread, and I made a mental note of it. I can't remember if it was specifically the Clement Faugier brand, though. I believe it was stocked near the pie fillings around the baking aisle.

      Thanks for your answers.

Yes, I tried central Market. They have a product of Clement Faugier, but it is not Chesnut spread : it is whole chestnut... And I have not found any chestnut spread of any other brand.
      I'll check again.

My GF and I tried Central Market 3 months ago and they were out--they were the first ones to tell us that this is something they only carry during the holidays--but ya never know!

good luck--my gf & I have been looking all over for it, and the closest we found was at Spec's & Phoenicia--word has it that it's a seasonal thing, in stock before Xmas--I wonder though whether Fiesta might stock it...hmmm...
