Looking for infant friendly dining
I am staying in the financial district and am looking for recommendations for dinner. I will have my 4 month old along. I am just looking for good food, nothing fancy, perhaps a great family oriented pub or low key restaurant with a decent beer and wine selection. Thanks!

I think Adrienne's Pizza Bar is just what you're looking for. It's fairly low key and has good food and a decent wine selection. Don't remember what their beer selection looked like, but I know they definitely serve beer. Note: the food is very good as a neighborhood restaurant, but I wouldn't go out of my way to eat there if I didn't live in the neighborhood. Unfortunately your choices are limited in the Financial District.

Are you willing to travel? I can help with West Village/Chelsea area but don't know much about kid-friendly elsewhere.

re: EllieLA
Our favorite kid-friendly spots in the West Village/Chelsea area, I'm sure I can come up with more if needed.
Barbuto
Grand Sichuan
Gradisca (They LOVE kids here and will go out of their way to make you feel welcome but I don't know if they are open for lunch.)
You can't beat Chelsea Market for kid-friendly dining. The place is jam-packed with strollers during the day.
Cookshop (Have not been for brunch but have heard good things. Also, there is a good playground a block north for the 3-year-old.)-----
