Looking for suggestions for somewhere unique to Boston to take clients. Will be a group of 10, good wine list a must. Staying downtown, but not a problem to take cabs for the right place. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

If you are looking for a good wine list? Troquet is your best bet.

I second the Locke-Ober selection for something very Bostony. Know that it is pricey though. Another place that is very suitable for a business dinner and is unique to Boston, although not "Bostony" is Mamma Maria in the North End, high-end Italian, very nice ambiance and service. Not cheap, but not as pricey as Lock-Ober.

I agree with Locke-Ober for a unique Boston feel and a respectable wine cellar. Service that lends itself to a proper business dinner.
          Enjoy,
