Zengo-Anyone been?

Has anyone been to Zengo? The menu looks good but to me it is a cursed corner. I'm heading to DC this weekend and someone suggested it as a place to dine, didn't know there was another one. Would be interested in trying it in NYC.

I wouldn't be concerned about it being in about a "cursed" corner...has nothing to do with its predecessors. Food is good in Zengo NYC, have been a couple of times & left very satisfied each time...if you like Maya or Pampano, same chef...also like the drinks (re Diana6's comment)...the cocktail list is long so there's a lot to choose from...you can be pretty specific about what you want in yr margarita (type of tequila etc).
