Hey Hounds

Well our plans have been slightly altered and we're no longer staying in Aquia Harbour but in Fredericksburg it's self.

I did some googling and found a place named Smythe's Cottage. It seems however it's now closed. Is this true??

If so, what about Goolrick's Pharmacy??

Try Sammy T's for light food and drinks open 7 days/week for Lunch/Dinner.

    Sammy T's @ 801 Caroline St., Fredericksburg, VA 540 - 371 - 2008.

        The link worked for me...

My sister went to college in Fredericksburg and she started us going to Sammy T's years ago. We've been there several times passing through town on different trips to the area. Check out the menu -- it has some interesting choices, but also a few basics so there's often something for everyone.

I'm curious for other suggestions too. We used to really like a Thai place also on Caroline St, but I don't know if it's still there.

Anyone have any opinions on Allman's BBQ? Never been, but I'm curious about it....

I'm interested in Allman's too however we'll be travelling to BBQ country from there so we'll get our fill then.

We have plenty of great Thai places here. I don't need to drive to Fredericksburg for it.
          I want stuff I can't get here.

When I went to Allman's last year the pulled pork was exceptionally dry and lacking in major flavor. Sides weren't stellar either.
