business lunch spot

I am looking for a spot that is good for a business lunch (preferably Union square, tribeca, west village, soho area). Not outrageously expensive or formal, but still nice and somewhat trendy since one of the people attending likes good food as well as a good scene. The other person is a vegetarian (no fish) so need some options for her. Any ideas are appreciated.

Jane Restaurant in Greenwich is very nice. They serve a roasted vegetable entree. Your friend could have soup, salad and the vegetable entree. It's a friendly inviting restaurant.
