Vegetarian in Vegas

I've been doing some research and I was hoping you could help!

I am a vegetarian (no meat or fish) and my husband is a full blown carnivore but still loves his veggies. We are looking for 2 restaurants to try while in Vegas that will make us both smile from ear to ear. We are NYC foodies, looking for Michelin starred or highly rated restaurants.

From what I gather, the following places will cater to me or have menu items that are veggie.

Which 2 would you choose?

Andres
Mix
Nobu
Wing Lei
Daniel Boulud Brasserie
Bradley Ogden
Michael Mina (has the vegetarian tasting menu - is it good?)

Thanks so much for your help!

Hi, I wanted to see what you thought of the restaurants you ended up trying? I'll be there in about 3 weeks and also looking for good vegetarian food! Thanks!

After the Rock and Roll Marathon we went to Craftsteak - my youngest son is a vegetarian and they went all out to see that he was taken care off on the chef's vegetarian selection. The roasted wagu chef's selection was unbelievable and the service was outstanding.

The table next to me ordered the Vegetarian tasting at Sage - it looked fantastic and given Chef McClain's culinary credentials with vegetarian food (Green Zebra) and the quality of food coming out of that kitchen I'd give it my strongest vote of confidence.

We are from Chicago and love Green Zebra. This looks like a great option! Thanks everyone!

I wanted to follow up and let you know that Sage was absolutely great! We had some really interesting, food that was made with very fresh ingredients. Lots of interesting flavors. There were 2 salads, a starter and 2 mains that were vegetarian or could be made vegetarian without changing much of the dish, all quite creative. Our coctails were interesting too. The interior was very classy. Thanks for the recommendation - thoroughly enjoyable!
