Bogota restaurant solo ?

  • 1

Hi,

I'll be traveling to Bogota for a long weekend - I'd love to check out the restaurant scene there but I wonder if places like Andre Carnes etc are solo diner friendly ?

I get the feeling that I might be a little out of place dining solo in Bogota although I've never been before.

Can anyway provide recommendations or opinions ?

Thanks, I'll report back.

  1. Andres is certainly more of a place for a group, especially since as the night wears on everyone gets up to dance.

Dining solo isn't so common here, but nicer places will be happy to accomodate you anyway. Leo Cocina y Cava is great, and they have a small upstairs that's a little more private.

I'd also suggest going out in Candelaria or zona T so that you can sit somewhere and watch the crowds!
