funny story here was watching cityline a show taped in T.O (aka the big smoke) and there was a cooking segment all about "local" cooking and 2 of the main ingredients were spot prawns and BC morels, and they qualified it by saying that for them "local" meant anywhere in Canada, made me think how lucky we are here in beautiful, bountiful BC, where "local" is indeed "local"

    I am eating scrambled eggs topped with garlic, butter and tarragon morels that I picked up from the farmers market and feel very lucky indeed!!
