Milos is amazing, really amazing, my favorite fish in the city. I would never pay for it myself, though, it is really in a different bracket than 99% of the restos in NYC. Avra kind of gives the idea of EM without being quite as expensive. I think out of towners would be pretty sticker shocked at EM. I cant say anything bad aobut the experience though.

Assuming you mean Estatorio Milos, compare the menus online. These restaurants are in completely different price brackets. EM specializes in seafood and whole fresh fish sold by the pound; it's one of the more expensive restaurants in the city. Pylos is a cozy, hearty East Village Greek bistro.
If you know what type of dining your looking for, the decision should be easy.
