Hi, looking for shabu shabu and hot pot recommendations in Pasadena, Alhambra, Monterey Park and San Gabriel. Thanks in advance.

Selection are not aplenty for shabu shabu in SGV.

Best bet may be Mr. Shabu Shabu on the NE corner of San Gabriel and Las Tunas.

If you really want to scratch your itch for shabu shabu suck it up and take the 10-15 minute drive to Little Tokyo and go to Kagaya or Shabu Shabu House.

There's a new shabu shabu place opening up on Atlantic near Garvey in Monterey Park. Seems interesting.

What about Chinese hot pot? It seems like there are some near 168 supermarket near the Alhambra/San Gabriel border, but I can't tell.

Thanks for the Little Tokyo recs. I love that area. So many choices there.
