A place to have breakfast and watch the world cup on a sunday in midtown?

Ok, I know this is a weird one, but help me chowhounders! I am looking for a place that will accomodate 4 adults and two young children for breakfast on a Sunday morning in Midtown (hopefully east) and that hopefully will be showing the world cup. I am thinking Little Brazil might be an option? Anyone knows of a plce that is open for breakast and has TVs? Obviously a bar/pub would be the easiest option, but I am wondering about the wisdom of bringing children to one...
