Looking for Beef Bourguignon besides Parc

As the title states I am looking for alternatives to Parc for BB. We've been there, done that. Wonderful experiences, but didn't know if there are other options that are just as good or even better.

Beau Monde offers it as a crepe filling - I've never had it though. Also Amuse in Le Meridian has it on the menu but again, I haven't had it

I believe Garces Trading Company offers a rendition (on a specific day of the week) but don't know much more about it.

I thought the same thing, so I looked at the menu online, but it looks like it's just coq au vin on Mondays and cassoulet on Tuesdays and then other specials for two for the rest of the week, but no beef bourguigon.

I am actually amazed at how few places serve it (this post sent me searching.) Julia Child's recipe is divine, though time consuming!

Caribou Cafe has it on their brunch menu and has it mentioned on the website.

"Of course, Cassoulet, Choucroute, Boeuf Bourguignon, Steak au Poivre with Frites, Chicken Provencal or Parisienne, Quiche, Salmon Rillettes or Raie aux Capres are at any given time on the menu"

I've never been to Caribou Cafe so I'm not sure if it's good or not.
