Dinner in Burlington or Montpelier

Mr. Mir and I are looking to spend a night in either Montpelier or Burlington, and are looking for a dinner suggestion, something with nice ambiance and great food, and a focus on fish or vegetarian-friendly (can be Italian or other ethnic).
