Hey ricopico, welcome to the board, nice to have a local perspective chime in. It's been a few years but we had a couple of great meals at the casino along with excellent wine last visit.

We had excellent small plate food in this odd looking, attractively restored restaurant: sweet potato fries (home made, not frozen) with a South western inspired sauce, great little lamb chops cooked perfectly for me, and a good if not exciting greens, pear, pecan and goat cheese salad. I'd happily go back to Avalon if I was ever stuck in Eureka.
