I've only been to one other Tapas place, and that was only once. But I've been to Tapas Las Ramblas 3 times now; I really enjoy it. The prices are on par w/other tapas restaurants, the food is always great, and the servers are professional and helpful. Also, I like the timing of the food there. It might just be luck, but my dishes all seem to come out spaced perfectly so that I have just enough time to eat one or two.
Favorite dishes include the baked goat cheese and the papas...papas something. They're under hot dishes, and they're really just diced potatoes w/some seasoning, but yum!-----
