Cheap lunches around Rockefeller Center

I am a college student on a budget and just started a new job in Rockefeller Center. I was wondering where some good places to grab a quick and cheap lunch are located in the area? Its my first time working in the city and I'd really rather not be eating from the greasy hotdog carts all summer. Any suggestions??

Second the midtown lunch reccomendation. on 49th street is good indian (indus express) and good chinese (forgetting name). there are also a lot of street carts that are better than hot dogs,

Head down into the concourse level of 30 Rock
Lots to choose from.

Walk over to W.52nd Street, between 5th and 6th Ave.
A few take-out places and a nice park area across the street to sit and enjoy yr lunch.

Many decent food carts on 6th Ave...50th Street and 52nd Street
