      Update:
"Chile My Soul" is no longer in business
      Additions:
Boulevard Burger on Ventura Blvd. Everybody in the office I worked in raved about it. They will fix it any way you like which, for me, is almost raw. Add grilled onions cheese and, with or without their dressing, the cholesterol just drips from it; Messy but delicious. Don't forget the onion rings also.
Stonefire Grill on Fallbrook / Victory. Good food and good portions for a reasonable price. Their Caesar Salad dressing is excellent as are the baby back ribs and tri-tip. Try the steak sandwich with gorgonzola and carmelized onions.
For Italian try Zano's. It's just down the street from Boulevard Burger. They have a Cajun style pasta with chicken in a rather spicy sauce that is outta sight.
