Has anyone tried the restuarant?

We recently dined here. The food was decent. The place was very dirty. Glass, dinnerware, and silverware all had food stuck on them. Its like they sat us at table that was not bussed.

Is this any relation to the Sal's that used to be in Red Bank?

Don't think so (I miss the old Sal's). This is an off-shoot of Sal's Pizza which is an off-shoot of what used to be Sal & Drew's Deli/Catering. Have had the take-out from the pizzeria many times but have yet to try the restaurant.

I love Sal's and keep meaning to try the restaurant but haven't gotten around to it...I guess I'll just have to stop by some time this week. :)
