We went here last week based on recs on this board. It was probably the worst meal for the most money that we had in Portland. The sauce I had on my brisket was overwhelming in taste and quantity. Too sugary, salty and vinegary. It was poured over the entire plate, so you couldn't avoid it. The cheesy poofs appetizer was ok-- mashed potato extruded into a fryer served with another overly salty sauce. The pasta in cream sauce was all sauce. When done, my son had a soup bowl full of sauce. It was ridiculous. The service was indifferent.

You can probably do a lot better in that neighborhood.
I'd start with Andina.
Another option, especially if you're into wine, is Paragon.
