Help me decide!!!! I've done a bit of research but i need more info from some seasoned Vegas restaurant professionals. Looking for fine dining places ( but not too fine eg. Alex) Here are my options:

Mix
L'atelier
Twist
Fleur de lys
Rao's
And Bouchon for brunch

I know these are pretty standard choices so feel free to enlighten me with others. We are a group of 6 cooks from Vancouver. Only there for 2 nights.

Thanks for your help

I only ate snacks at MiX, and while they were decent I wasn't blown away, so I'd cross it off your dinner list and go for pre-dinner cocktails and to watch the sunset. You seem to have a lot of French restaurants on your list - I'd pick one for one night (personally for my upcoming trip, we picked L'Atelier) and try something different for the second? You'll find a TONNE of recommendations for Lotus of Siam and Raku on this board if you're willing to go off strip. I personally am a big big fan of Craftsteak - it's the only place that we're going back to after our first trip, because the beef shortribs tied on my husband's list of best meals he has ever eaten.
