dim sum questions

I keep reading about your tasty dim sum options.

here it is ony served on Sunday mornings and the servers wheel carts around the resto and open bamboo steamers to show the gleaming steamy dumplings.

Is that how it is done in London?

Or can you you go any day of the week? Or is it a la carte? Is it offered at lunch and dinner?

      and how many pieces in one order? one dumpling or more?

      what's the pricing like?
      my standard orders are shu mai, har gao, baked BBQ pork buns...

      i'll be dining alone and am trying to plan so there isn't too much food - based on the recs think I will try Pearl Liang or Min Jiang.

        Most are served in 3's as this is a lucky number. You can usually check current prices online.
