Stevie's Creole Cafe on Ventura Blvd. in Encino has one on their menu. Never gone myself. Perhaps you could search on how well Stevie's is liked.

Bob, I pulled up some reviews for Stevie's and most were bad. Poor service, staff and owner have attitude problems, men's room was filthy, food was so-so and overpriced, kept people waiting so they could tack on a cover charge when the band started.
That about covers it. Only a few people liked the food and music.

King's Fish House in Calabasas has them on the Happy Hour menu for $6.25, and according to the manager, the oysters for the Po Boys are shucked fresh and change daily depending on what they get delivered. Add a few dashes of the Cajun Power Garlic Hot Sauce they always have on the table and you're good to go.

There is a catfish Po Boy on the regular menu at King's, but my recollection is they'll make a Po Boy with whatever you want (oysters, scallops, shrimp) on request. At least that was the case some time ago, though the policy may have changed.

Les Sisters on Devonshire in Chatsworth has one on their menu. I have never had it, but I have enjoyed everything I've eaten there.
