Thanks for the thoughts so far. I'll check both of those out, although Huntington Beach may be too far north for me.
In doing some poking around on the internets, I saw a couple that were promising:
I saw that Claro's Italian Market had a caterin menu.(http://store.claros.com/page.cfm/main-catering.html) I have seen good reviews of the deli here, but I have not seen anything about their catering. I would have to heat and serve, but that may not be a problem for me. They didn't have ravioli on their website though.
I had also seen good reviews of Antonucci's on this board, and they do have a catering menu. (http://www.antonuccis.net/catering.htm) This may be an excuse to have dinner there to check it out!
Any thoughts on these or others?

Check out Peppino's. We've ordered from them many times for work functions and it's always been good.

http://www.pinasbistro.netPina and her daughters run this charming little bistro like an Italian home kitchen. Hey, that’s just what it is. She sources much of her product from Italy, notably her cheeses, cured meats and spices. The recipes are from her mother and grandmother. Try the Gnocchi Gorgonzola with Sausage (she makes her own) and onions, the White Cheese Pizza, the Veal Chop, and the Ravioli. Save room for dessert. Pina’s Tiramisu is arguably the best outside of Italy. The Black Walnut Cake is to die for. Everything is cooked fresh to order so be prepared for a brief wait. Very loyal clientele for both in-house dining and catering (see her website).
