Pizzeria Bianco in June

My wife's birthday is Tuesday (June 1), and she wants to go to Pizzeria Bianco for dinner. I've eaten at PB before (she hasn't), and raved about my meal. So this is to be the day that she finally gets to eat there. I want to be a good husband here, but waiting outside in temps pushing 100 degrees doesn't appeal to me.

Are there misters to make the wait a little more tolerable? Or is the wait any shorter when the temperature hits 3 figures? We'll probably go either way, but I just want to know what to expect.

  1. Get there about 4:30 or so, and bring along a spray bottle to mist her and keep her cool. It's never too early to start the foreplay. ;)

That's a great idea! She's got one of those bottles that she carries with her on the golf course. I'll make sure we bring it along.

    2. Bar Bianco is right next door, opens at 4p and is air conditioned. They will find you when your table is ready.

That sounds good, but how do you hold your place in line?

They know. Bar Bianco is owned by the same people and the hostess comes over looking for people. It works very well.
