Best Place to Watch Lakers v. Celtics in DC?

I will be traveling to DC during the NBA Finals, and staying in the Penn Quarter area. I want to find a place to watch the game where I can eat some good food, enjoy cold beer on tap -- and be able to hear the tv. Where should I go?

RFD on 7th Street, great beer selection, maybe a little loud; and GreeneTurtle next to Verizon, good TV, not great beer.

If going to the Greene Turtle, I'd check out what is going on at the Phone Booth (Verizon/MCI Center). If it's a west coast start time, whatever event will be letting out during the game, and that place can become loud depending what event. If it's not a basketball type crowd, it could be annoying. Nothing worse than trying to watch an important game with non-fans being to loud. Lakers in six. Go Lakers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
