The Colombian restaurant in Carrollton is called Casa Vieja. It is one of the best cultural restaurants in DFW. They do have blood sausage and they do have several dishes that are traditional from Colombia, all well prepared and authentic.
Also, it might be helpful to know these two words: "Mofongo" is the Mexican word for blood sausage and "Morcilla" is the Latin American word for blood sausage. That'll help as you "shop around"
Hola! used to have it on their tapas menu. Now I think their new place is called Si. It is over in State Thomas in the old Watels location. I don't know if this is what you are lookin for but it is the only blood sausage I have had in DFW.
