24 Hours at Alinea

Phaedrus May 30, 2010 04:24 PM

From Grant Achatz' tweet. Really interesting.

A fun video about 24 hours at Alinea. Back door rarely locks. By time the cleaner is done the prep team is arriving. http://tiny.cc/tp5ba

It's the most fascinating restaurant I'd never eat at, even if you paid my way. Kudos to Grant for following his muse, but everything about his concept either annoys or downright angers me.

now imagine if they opened for lunch also. It'd be so hectic in there.

Would you believe that I was just at Alinea - and that was the food I ate?

Amazing experience - If you have the chance, it's definitely worth it!
