bars with nice outdoor/patio areas in southern westchester?

As the weather warms up I'm in search of a nice restaurant or bar with an outdoor area to have a cocktail or two after work. Any suggestions? We haven't had very much luck looking on our own.

I think the OP is looking to sit outside with a drink and not order food, and that is why he/she is having difficulty. Many of the places already recommended will insist on a food order if one is seated.

Mighty Joe Young's in Hartsdale has a lovely patio, although also I'm not sure if you can get away with just drinks at mealtimes.

Red Hat and Half Moon are places you can just drink outside, although at RH you may have to go to the roof

Most places require you to order food if you want to sit outside. However, once the kitchen closes (stops serving food), you can go sit outside with just your drink.

Michael's pizza in Portchester has a nice outdoor area, and Piri Q in Mamaroneck will have an outdoor patio (in the back, so you're not on the sidewalk) when it opens.

Try Mulligans at Doral Arrowwood. It's on the golf course and is only open from memorial day til labor day. Huge bar, ok food under an enourmous awning. Nice and relaxing by the golf course.

The patio outside of Chat in Scarsdale seems pretty popular.

There are tons on the water - Red Hat, Sunset Cove, Half Moon. I know you said nice places, but the places on Mamaroneck Ave in White Plains all have outdoor seating in front and some have it in the back. Locally (near me) Chat in Scarsdale, Stephen's Green in Crestwood has a little beer garden in back, Sammy Bistro - Bronxville has seating in front I believe, Casa Maya (which may have changed it's name) - Scarsdale on Central Ave, Molly Spillane's in Mamaroneck has a nice little patio in the back. I'm sure there are more, but these come off the top of my head.
