Last Hound Hurrah in NYC
After living here for ten years, I'm leaving NYC for a job in Atlanta at the end of June. Now it's time for me to revisit some old favorites and eat at those places I never tried before I go. For new places, I've made reservations at WD-50, Aldea and Annisa.
I've already tried (in some cases, numerous times): EMP, Babbo, Barbuto, Gotham, Tabla, Artisanal, Picholine, Di Fara, Shabu-Tatsu, Scarpetta, Aureole, Metrazur, GCT oyster bar, Blue Water Grill, Union Square Cafe, De Toqueville. I was non-plussed by the Momofoku Ssam bar, but I was a vegetarian then and am no longer.
So, where else should I eat before I leave? from spendy to street food, whatever.

The Four SeasonsA hot dog from Katz's deli -- or a Pastrami sammich for that matter; then around the corner to Russ & Daughters for some fish, and a bottle of their homemade lemonade.

Absolutely Four Season, I agree. And Keen's, Jean Georges, Daniel, Sammy's Roumanian, the Boathouse for a final view of Central Park!
