What do you consider bulk? I have a 4lb bag from Costco and I'm sure I paid about that

Thanks wolfe! I didn't think Costco has it. I'll check it out.

My first thought was Berkeley Bowl and my second thought was The Food Mill in Oakland.

Yup. Berkeley Bowl has plain, plus red and black and a combo of the three (the latter makes a pretty and interesting dish).

Layapaorganic.com warehouses in Oakland. They can sell bulk, you just pick up at their warehouse. They have 25 lb bags or boxes.
